Week 13 Male Freshman of the Week
Jace Zemlicka, College of Idaho
Jace delivered a dominant distance performance at our dual meet against George Fox, scoring
crucial points that helped secure the team win. He won the 1000 freestyle by staying
composed with his competition through the first 500 yards before pulling away to win by 10
seconds. Jace followed that with another victory in the 500 freestyle, showing strength and
consistency across events. He also contributed to the winning 400 freestyle relay, swimming the
second leg. Jace’s ability to execute race strategy and score in multiple events played a key role
in our team’s success.
