SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – Both the men and women from the Fresno Pacific swim and dive teams competed against Cal Poly on the road on Saturday.

INSIDE THE MATCHUPS:

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Elizabeth Rehkopf swam a competitive 2:03.58 in the 200-yard backstroke, finishing in second place.
• Shelbi Hayzlett sprinted through the 50 backstroke with a time of 29.16, earning a second-place in the event.
• The Sunbirds' Aleksandr Ivakin owned the 50 freestyle, earning the top spot in 21.33.
• Iskender Baslakov was the first to finish the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 48.39.
• Kirill Baron took second in the 100 butterfly with a time of 52.11.
• Garrett Frear hustled in the 200 freestyle, taking second with a 1:47.89.
