PCSC Athletes of the Week: Dec. 14
The Pacific Coast Swim Conference has announced the PCSC Swimmer & Divers for the week of December 8-14. The NAIA highlights the top performers out of the Arizona Christian with twins Alois and Eva Garraux as the Men's and Women's PCSC Swimmers of the Week.

Alois Garraux -- Arizona Christian
Garraux delivered in the Firebird's final swim of the 2021 year. The freshman set a personal best and provisional cut time in the 200 Free (1:47.59), beating his previous mark by 6.99 seconds. In the 200 IM, Garraux also set a career best with a time of 2:01.81. In the relay events, the team set new school records in the 200 Medley and 400 Free. This is Garraux's first weekly honor and one of six for Arizona Christian this season.

Eva Garraux – Arizona Chrisitan
In Arizona Christian's win over Ottawa-AZ over the weekend, Garraux saw drastic improvement in her performances. In the 100 Fly, she set a new school record with a time of 56.65, just .02 away from a National A cut. Her time also moves her up amongst the top in the PCSC. The freshman set a new career best in the 100 Back (59.86) and led off in the 400 Free Relay (59.94 Split). This is Garraux's second weekly honor and one of six for Arizona Christian this season.
The PCSC includes institutions from the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). All three divisions of the NCAA are represented. Each week, the PCSC coaches nominate and vote on the Athletes of the Week in seven categories: NCAA Division I women, Division II men and women, Division III men and women and NAIA men and women.
