St. George, Utah -- Action continued in the pool for day two of the PCSC Championships on Thursday, with new champions being crowned.

Pepperdine continued to take charge for the women, leading for the second consecutive day. The Waves racked up 731 points followed by Cal State East Bay with 495 and Azusa Pacific with 428.

For the men, UC Santa Cruz took the overall lead with 332.50 points and Biola in second with 310.50, and Concordia with 301.
The divers took the board for their final day of competition, with the women competing for the 1-meter finals, followed by the men's 3-meter finals.

Melia Stout took home the third-consecutive 1-meter title for Azusa Pacific. Stout scored 282.20 on the board followed by her teammate Amy Crayne with a 268.60 and Lexie Martin's 245.10 for Pepperdine.

Joel Akey of UCSC led the Men's 3M event, tallying a score of 224.85. Biola's Luke Bartruff had a 185.30 total and UCSC's Judah Good finished with 141.70.
Azusa Pacific's Montana White earned the first win for the swimmers, putting up a time of 5:00.27 in the Women's 500 Free. Pepperdine's Lindsay Hemming followed in second (5:01.50) and UCSC's Maddy Gruender (5:02.83) ended in third.
Concordia's Kyle Benjamin was top (4:36.05) amongst the men in the 500 Free with Biola's Gabriel Weber (4:38.66) and UCSC's Sam Smith (4:40.15)behind.
It was a close finish in the Women's 200 IM, with Liza Parahnevich from Biola taking the title with a time of 2:06.63. Amanda Anderson from (2:06.92) and Kara Coughlin from Pepperdine (2:08.22) came in second and third respectively.
Biola's Jacob Haaksma came out on top in the Men's 200 IM, securing first at a 1:53.91 stop. John Madden from UCSC (1:54.45) and Hunter May from CUI (1:54.74) were next to finish.
The freshman Delaney Carlson of Cal State East Bay (23.73) edged out her teammate Brooklyn Dressel (23.88) and Biola's Kolya Vos (23.89) for the Women's 50 Free title. The top 18 swimmers came within one second of Carlson's finish for a close run for the title.
In the Men's 50 Free, Fresno Pacific's Janek Bialecki (20.11) earned first followed by his teammate Iskender Baslakov (20.69) and Concordia's Christopher Haygood (20.90).
Cal State East Bay earned another title, this time in the Women's 200 Free Relay. The Pioneers team of Delaney Carlson, Brooklyn Dressel, Emma Knott, and Isbel Rishwain ended with a time of 1:35.17 to beat the teams from Pepperdinde (1:36.45) and UCSC (1:36.72).
Ending the day in the Men's 200 Free Relay, Fresno Pacific's quartet of Iskender Baslakov, Kirill Baron, Oleksandr Ivakin, and Janek Bialecki (1:20.24) took first, followed by Concordia (1:23.42) and Simpson (1:25.58).
