The Alaska Nanooks swim team welcomed the Cougars of Azusa Pacific to the Patty Center Pool this past weekend for their regular-season opening dual meets, and Dorka had an amazing first meet of her collegiate career!
On Day 1 of their double dual against Azusa Pacific University (APU), Dorka split 1:06.18 on the 400 Medley Relay swimming the Breast leg, won the 200 IM with a time of 2:06.60 which is now ranked #1 in the Pacific Collegiate Swim and Dive Conference (PCSC) by over 4 seconds, won the 100 Breast with 1:06.36 which is now ranked #1 in the conference, and split 53.91 in the 400 Free Relay.
On Day 2, Dorka won the 400 IM with a time of 4:32.94 which is now ranked #1 in PCSC by almost 4 seconds, and won the 200 Breast with a time of 2:26.91 which is now ranked #1 in the conference.

Dorka and her Alaska Nanooks will host another double-dual meet versus the CSU East Bay, starting Friday, October 27.
